Reporting HallConnect Issues:
Media Specialists are the in-building reporter for HallConnect issues. We hope to help you become familiar with common issues and rely on your judgement to let us know when something needs immediate attention. This will help to provide you with a snapshot of the use of HallConnect in your school, and with support from e-Learning, we hope to build upon everyone’s capacity using HallConnect.
In order to make this process as efficient as possible, please compile HallConnect questions and issues into an organized list before contacting e-Learning.
For support via email, please contact email@example.com. For phone support, please contact the Tech Center at 770-534-6313, and ask to speak with an available e-Learning Specialist.
Please be prepared with the following information for each item on your list:
- Time and Date of Issue
- User Name/ Student Number
- Internet Browser Used
- Internet Explorer
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Description of the Issue
- Screenshot(s) of Issue
- Please also report the full text of any error codes received (Especially if an RID# is available)
Please include anything else you believe to be relevant, or if Dell requests it we might additionally ask:
- Which screen this issue/error occurred on
- Course, item in the course, if applicable
